1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "melbed" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at melbed.vip, including all associated services, features, and content.
• "Player", "You", or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on or otherwise accesses the melbed platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player following successful registration on the melbed platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a casino game outcome or sports event via the melbed platform.
• "Services" means the full range of gaming, betting, payment, and support services provided through the melbed platform.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, and codes applicable to the Player's use of the melbed platform in the jurisdiction in which the Player is located.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where the word "including" is used, it means "including without limitation."

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the melbed platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform from time to time.

melbed reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notification to Players. Updated terms will be published on the platform with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility Requirements

Use of the melbed platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. melbed does not permit use of its Services by persons under the age of 18. Age verification documents may be requested at any time, including at the point of registration, withdrawal request, or account review.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons may not register or hold accounts on the melbed platform.
• You must not be a Restricted Person, defined as any employee, contractor, director, agent, or affiliate of melbed or any of its service providers, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have a pre-existing self-exclusion in force on the melbed platform or have been previously banned from the platform for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must register and maintain only one Account. Multiple accounts per individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method are prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information, including your real name, date of birth, and payment details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these terms.

melbed reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to melbed's reasonable satisfaction.

4 Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of melbed Services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. Registration requires you to provide, at minimum, a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, and your accurate date of birth.

Following registration, melbed may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photographic identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address issued within the preceding three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account confirming the registered mobile number).

melbed will process submitted verification documents within a reasonable timeframe, typically two to five business days. Until verification is complete, withdrawal functionality may be restricted. melbed is not liable for any losses arising from delays in verification where such delays result from a Player's failure to provide accurate or complete documentation promptly.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the melbed platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). melbed does not charge currency conversion fees. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Account.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank internet banking, City Bank internet banking, BRAC Bank internet banking, Islami Bank internet banking, Sonali Bank internet banking, Visa, and Mastercard where available.
• Withdrawal processing time: melbed targets withdrawal processing within two hours for fully KYC-verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, during scheduled system maintenance, or where a withdrawal triggers an enhanced fraud review.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal method matching: Withdrawals will be returned via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. melbed reserves the right to apply alternative withdrawal routing where the original deposit method is unavailable.
• Bonus funds: Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn, subject to any applicable withdrawal caps specified in the relevant bonus terms.

melbed reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where a withdrawal is declined, the affected funds will be returned to the Player's Account Balance unless they have been forfeited pursuant to these terms.

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

melbed offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only, as specified in the terms of each promotion. melbed reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its absolute discretion.
• Each promotion is subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total).
• Bonuses are subject to a time limit, typically 7 to 30 calendar days from the date of crediting, as specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the time limit will be forfeited automatically.
• Certain game types may be excluded from contributing to wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate. The applicable contribution rates for each game category will be published alongside the relevant promotion terms.
• melbed operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Actions including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to clear wagering requirements, and coordinating with other Players to abuse promotional mechanics will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the melbed platform are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is confirmed and binding once it has been accepted by the melbed system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after confirmation, except where a specific cash-out feature is available and the Player elects to use it before the relevant event concludes.
• melbed reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stakes that were published in error due to a technical or human error, or where the outcome of the relevant event was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• melbed reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any single bet or series of bets at its absolute discretion, without prior notice. Such limits exist to manage risk and do not constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published in the game information sections within the platform. melbed does not guarantee that any individual Player will achieve outcomes consistent with published RTP averages over any given session.
• In the event of a dispute concerning a game outcome, the result recorded in melbed's server logs shall be determinative. Where a technical malfunction or connectivity failure causes uncertainty about the result of a game round, melbed reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the Player's Account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the melbed platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account Balances and Bonus Funds, and may result in further legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent verification process;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics;
• Colluding with other Players to achieve an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, or placing bets based on material non-public information in relation to any sports event;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that constitutes a financial crime under Applicable Law;
• Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with a financial institution in relation to any deposit made to melbed;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or software bugs to obtain an unfair advantage or unlawfully access funds;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing melbed staff, support agents, or other Players via any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

melbed is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The platform provides the following tools to all registered Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications alerting them to the duration of their active gaming session.
• Time-Out Periods: Players may voluntarily suspend their Account for a defined cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, login access and all betting functionality are disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling has become problematic may request permanent self-exclusion from the melbed platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Permanently self-excluded Players may not re-register under a new identity; any account found to belong to a self-excluded individual will be closed immediately and the balance returned.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

Either party may close a melbed Account at any time. The following conditions apply:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting melbed customer support. If your Account contains a positive Balance, you must first withdraw all available funds before closure, or request that melbed process a final withdrawal as part of the closure procedure. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
• melbed-initiated suspension: melbed reserves the right to suspend your Account without prior notice if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, a security incident affecting your Account, or if required to do so by Applicable Law or by a payment service provider instruction. During a suspension, login access and withdrawal functionality may be restricted pending investigation.
• melbed-initiated closure: Following investigation, melbed may permanently close an Account where a material breach of these Terms & Conditions is confirmed. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or other serious prohibited conduct, melbed reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance. In all other cases of melbed-initiated closure, any real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the melbed platform, including but not limited to the melbed brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and promotional materials, is the proprietary property of melbed or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the melbed platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any melbed content without the prior written consent of melbed.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, melbed excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from gaming or betting outcomes, whether or not such outcomes result from platform errors;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other indirect, consequential, or special loss;
• Technical failures, connectivity issues, server downtime, or third-party payment processing delays;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits melbed's liability for death or personal injury caused by melbed's own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

melbed collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

melbed uses SSL encryption across all platform connections to protect data in transit. Personal data submitted for KYC verification is handled securely and is not shared with third parties except where required for identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, or compliance with Applicable Law.

14 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute concerning a bet outcome, account transaction, or any other aspect of the melbed Services, the following procedure applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: You must first submit your dispute to the melbed customer support team via live chat or email to [email protected], providing full details of the disputed matter including the relevant transaction or bet reference number.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: melbed will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a final response within 14 calendar days. Complex disputes may require additional time; melbed will keep you informed of progress.
3. Step 3 — Final Decision: melbed's written final decision constitutes the conclusion of the internal dispute resolution process. melbed's server logs and records are treated as the authoritative source of truth in all disputes concerning game outcomes and transaction records.

melbed's decisions on disputes are made in good faith and based on the available evidence. Disputes must be raised within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute; disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.

15 Amendments and Severability

melbed reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on the platform with a revised effective date. Where an amendment materially affects your rights as a Player, melbed will use reasonable endeavours to communicate the change via the email address registered to your Account, though the absence of such notification does not affect the validity of the amendment.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will be severed from the remainder of these Terms & Conditions, which will continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had not been included.

16 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the melbed Privacy Policy and the specific terms published alongside individual promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and melbed with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

No waiver by melbed of any breach of these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach. melbed's failure to exercise or enforce any right under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
